> MentionSight is an AI visibility intelligence platform for brand, marketing and growth teams. It measures how AI assistants represent a brand, benchmarks competitors, and points to visibility opportunities. Know where your brand stands in AI.

## What it measures

- Mentions: How often AI answers name your brand.
- Visibility: The share of tracked answers that mention you.
- Share of voice: Your mentions compared with competitors’ in the same answers.
- Competition: Which rivals are recommended alongside you, or instead of you.
- Citations: Which sources the answers cite, and how many are yours.

## Method

- You choose the prompts: Your team picks the questions that matter to your buyers and groups them by topic or persona.
- We ask where your buyers are: AI answers change by country, not only by language. Each prompt runs on the platforms you monitor, phrased the way a local buyer would ask, with native-language prompts in more than five languages.
- Personas change the question: Persona tracking asks the same question as different audience profiles, because answers can change with who is asking.
- Collected on a fixed schedule: Answers are collected weekly, or daily on custom plans. Visibility figures refresh every week, so you compare like with like.
- Unit of measurement: Every figure is counted in answers: one AI answer to one prompt on one platform.
